Before our engineer attends your place to do the EICR, follow the next recommendations:
- If your meter is PAYG, pay as you go, it should have enough credit to conduct the test.
- When you call as to arrange a date, indicate the location of the board. In this way the engineer will know in advance if he/she needs a ladder.
- The access to the board must be cleared, giving the engineer full access to it, with no obstacles.
- If you have any sensitive equipment, it must be unplugged for the test.
